A little bit about me...

My name is Nic, I'm a pastry chef - side hustling - food loving - oddball.

I really love feeding people. I love eating and I love creating incredible mouthfuls. I had a cake business for 4 years, that was very fun and a great learning experience. I love sharing food and giving food. I love talking about food, and trying food. Most of all, I love yum things.

I've created this space because I have a lot to say, ask and share, when it comes to food.

Over the past 15 years I've run my own cake business, worked in patisseries, cafes, restaurants, catering companies and in food TV. I've picked up a lot of incredible ideas, and I want to share them.

I'm not trying to become a food content creator, in fact this entire website probably looks a bit wobbly. But the main thing is, the recipes are solid!
